Cocktail: Jambu Sour (Signature)
Ingredients:
- 45ml Cachaça Weber Haus Sassafras
- 20ml Brazilian Kiss
- 20ml Fresh Tahiti Lime Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Shake with ice for about 10 seconds.
- Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and an allspice berry.
Cocktail: Amburana & Tonic
Ingredients:
- 40ml Cachação Weber Haus Amburana
- 20ml Brazilian Kiss
- 20ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 120ml Tonic Water
Preparation:
- Fill a large glass (balloon or wine glass) with plenty of ice.
- Add the cachaça, Jambu, and freshly squeezed orange juice.
- Top with tonic water.
- Stir gently and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and orange slices.
